Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Essentials, Teams, and Pro all start with a 15-day free trial. Card details are required to begin, so your workspace keeps running the moment the trial ends — but you can cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.

What counts as a "user"?+

A user is any member with a seat in your workspace. External guests you invite to specific spaces are free and don't count toward your seat total. Teams and Pro are billed per user, per month.

Can I change plans later?+

Anytime, from the admin console. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period; downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle. Switching between monthly and annual is just as easy.

How does annual billing work?+

Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at a discounted per-user rate — roughly 20% off the monthly price. Enterprise contracts are billed annually by invoice (ACH or wire).

What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?+

Pro covers SSO, SCIM, audit logs, BYO models, and advanced analytics — everything most scaling orgs need. Enterprise adds hybrid deployment (VPC, self-host, or single-tenant), data residency, customer-managed keys, HIPAA, a custom DPA and 99.9% SLA, audit log streaming, and a dedicated customer success manager.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major credit and debit cards on Essentials, Teams, and Pro. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice via ACH or wire transfer. Need a custom procurement process? Talk to sales.

Do you offer discounts?+

Annual billing saves roughly 20% on every paid plan. We also offer discounts for qualifying nonprofits, educational institutions, and early-stage startups — reach out and we'll sort you out.

Is my data used to train models?+

No. Customer data is never used to train shared models, on any plan. Embeddings stay in your region and you control retention. See our Security and Privacy pages for details.
