This Privacy Policy describes how Worklyne, Inc. ("Worklyne", "we") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, email, phone, and company), information about how you use the service (such as feature usage and performance telemetry), and information from third-party tools you connect (such as messages, calendar events, and documents — only with your explicit authorization).

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service, communicate with you, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use customer data to train shared AI models, and we do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only with our sub-processors (listed in our Trust Center), with your authorized integrations, and when required by law.

4. Data residency & retention

Customer data — including embeddings — stays in the region you select. Retention is configurable per workspace. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. Contact privacy@worklyne.com to exercise them.

6. Security

We protect information using industry-standard practices described in our Security page. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage reporting issues to security@worklyne.com.

7. Children

Worklyne is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

We will notify customers of material changes to this policy in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
